PALO SANTO INCENSE KIT 6 Natural Holy Wood Smudge to Bring in Good Vibes Positive Energy
Palo Santo means "Holy Wood". This sacred wood, native to South America, has been used as an incense and for ceremonial and medicinal purposes for thousands of years.
Burning Palo Santo, or Holy Wood, is like the equivalent of "Reverse Smudging". To smudge, using dried herbs like white sage or sweetgrass, you're clearing out negative energy. But when burning Palo Santo you're bringing in good vibes and spirits.
Holywood also brings you a sense of peace and clarity - making it great for using while working on projects where major decisions need to be made. It's beneficial while working with your Spirit Guides and for any type of blessings you wish to perform.
When lit, Palo Santo wood gives off a spicy aroma, almost like cinnamon, which makes it great for using as an incense. It doesn't stay lit long though, so you may wish to burn it on a charcoal disk if you plan on using it as an incense, otherwise you'll need to re-lit it every few minutes.
No two pieces are ever alike, but they're approximately 4" long and about 1/2" thick. Some pieces are bent or curvy or have small holes in them - this is how they are harvested.
Light one end of the stick and wave the sacred smoke in the direction of what you'd like to bless, like you would wave a sage smudge wand. You can also let it set in a fire safe ash catcher such as the abalone shell included with this set.
With this listing you'll get 6 sticks of Palo Santo wood, a small red abalone shell, and instructions. Comes packaged as shown in a resealable bag - makes a great little gift!
